Joseph and Regina Bedynek, the heart and soul of Southern Blaze Wines, are more than just co-owners—they’re the embodiment of a rich, family-rooted winemaking legacy. Raised alongside their grandparents, picking grapes and mashing them by hand, Joseph and Regina’s early immersion in the winemaking process sparked a passion that has lasted a lifetime.
Married for 40 years, the Bedyneks began crafting wine as a hobby shortly after they wed. What started as a shared passion soon grew into Southern Blaze Wines, a name that beautifully captures the essence of their journey: a deep love for exceptional wine and Regina’s lifelong connection to horses.
